Chenille means 'caterpillar' in French. This design uses little beads netted over larger beads. Pattern gives comprehensive instructions in English, with sketches.
Materials Required: 10 to 12 grams Miyuki Delica 11/0 Seed Beads (Main Colour = MC), 2 to 2.5 grams Miyuki Delica 11/0 Seed Beads (Contrast Colour = CC), Approx. 360 x 4mm Czech Glass Druk (round) Beads or you can use any bead you like that is the same size, 1 x Large Bead for a self-made toggle clasp (or any closure you prefer).
Tools Required: Sharp scissors, 1 x size 10 hard beading needle, Nymo size D thread or similar, thread wax (optional)
Necklace Length: up to 50cm (20")
