Magical Mermaid Headband Kit - Pastels

Kit Inclusions:

1.  16.5cm hoop  - one size should fit all from 5 years +

2.  Beautiful sea themed pearls & coloured beads, and shiny seashell sequins have been put in the kit, to give an ethereal effect to the headband - there is string to attach the beads to the headband.

3.  Colourful ribbons for the 'tails'.
