This pattern was originally designed for teaching on a cruise ship, with the formal dress nights in mind, so that's why we called it Formal Night Out! It is a very elegant piece of jewellery, and a bracelet pattern is also available in this style. The design uses Flat Spiral Weave. Our photo shows a dramatic Purple Velvet crystal with #4 Delica seed beads - a gorgeous combination!
Materials Required: 84 x 6mm Swarovski Crystal Bicone, 30 x 4mm Swarovski Crystal Bicone, 23 x 11x7mm Top-Drilled Czech Glass Teardrop Beads, 11.5 grams 11/0 Delica Seed Bead & 1 x Magnetic Fold-Over Clasp (or similar closure).
Tools Required: 1 x Size 10 hard beading needle, Nymo size D beading thread (or similar), sharp scissors, thread wax (optional).
