The design on these beads is absolutely amazing - have a very close look at the photos! They would be great on a long necklace with focal beads between them, or use these as the focals with smaller spacers in between.
There’s a unique process to making a metalized bead. They don’t look like much, but they are more well-made than you may think! These vintage metalized beads in Bead Shack’s range of beads are old, from a quite famous bead haul we did years and years ago from a Bead Wholesaler who closed down. Not many people in Australia would have these original designed beads.
There are lots of replicas of all old beads, and these are one range of bead styles that have been copied in recent years. However you can tell the different qualities between the old and the new. You just need to feel them and you will notice right away the quality different.
