5mm Round (50) - Aqua Givre - Vintage Czech Glass Beads

They are the most stunning beads and the shine in the glass is second to none.

‘Givre’ is a French word which means ‘frosted’.  Not all beads given this title are actually frosted – some are transparent glass, but basically all givre beads have a colour within a colour – or sometimes even multiple colours – usually within a clear transparent glass

This bead is a stunning example of 'givre' patterning in an aqua transparent glass.  Every single bead is different.

Measurements:  5mm with a 0.8mm threading hole

These beads are from our famous bead haul years ago when we did a warehouse clearance from one of the original bead importers in the bead business in Australia.  You may or may not come across this style elsewhere, but not very often!  They are truly unique.
