Vintage Lucite acrylic beads, probably made in Germany around 1950.
These beautiful pristine white vintage beads have a marvellous shiny surface, smooth and sleek. They are as white as white can be (not always easy to find a bead like this in pristine show white).
Make anything you like with these! They will be great on earrings &/or necklaces, bracelets too. This size tear drop could even be incorporated into tasselled fringes in your homewares projects! This shape is perfect for fringing as the hole is across the top of the drop. The top of the drop near the holes is kind of flatter than the other 'sides'.
The threading hole is nice and large, so you can use lots of styles of cords and threads for these beads.
Measurements: 13mm long x 8mm across with a threading hole of 0.7mm
